Please join us today at approximately 9:55 AM as we send our high school girls basketball team off in Dragon fashion! The team will leave the high school at 9:55 and will travel west on 6th street as they head towards Wichita for the first round of the state tournament at Koch Arena. We welcome community members to gather along 6th street to cheer the team on as they head out of town. Go Dragons!

Location: Wichita State University (Koch Arena)
Admission: $10
(Spectators are to use the entry gates off of Hillside. Spectators are to enter the facility through the Ticket Booth located at the very south doors of the arena with the TICKETS sign over them. )
The Dragonbackers have generously offered to cover admissions for all 7-12 USD 440 students for the game on Wednesday, March 11th at Koch Arena. To receive free admission, 7th-12th grade students will need to meet Mr. Barnes at the south entrance of Koch Area on Wednesday between 1:15 PM and 1:45 PM to receive their tickets.

Central Kansas Music Festival
Congratulations to our instrumental performers at the Central Kansas League competition yesterday. Multiple individuals and groups received both I and II ratings for their performances.
Additionally, 22 students performed vocal solos, and 17 of them received I ratings.
Our vocal ensembles also had a great showing. Bel Canto, Bel Canto Tenor/Bass, the Halstead Mass Choir, Halstead Soprano/Alto Choir, and the Halstead Tenor/Bass Choir all received outstanding ratings.
Congratulations to all of the students who participated in the event yesterday! 🎶👏
