Summer Calendar
USD 440 will be the Summer Meals Program at the High School. Meals will start June 3rd. Breakfast will be served from 8-9am and Lunch from 11:30-12:30. Meals will be free to all kids 18 and younger.

**** FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS REMINDER****
HMC Free Sports Physicals | May 14th, 2024 | 8:30-11:30am | Halstead HS
Health Ministries mobile unit will be offering FREE Sports Physicals to any current Halstead HS student on Tuesday, May 14th. The sports physical will be good for the 2024-25 school year. Physical packets can be picked up in the Halstead HS office or printed off from the link listed on the attached flyer.
-If the student is 12 OR younger, an adult will have to be present for the sports physical. The only form needed for this group is the “KSHSAA pre-participation” form.
-If the student is 13 OR older, the students’ parents/guardian will not have to be present for the sports physical. If the parent/guardian will not be present, the “parental consent to treat” form will HAVE to be completed and signed. We will also need the KSHSAA form filled out and completed.
***There will be no exceptions for missing or incomplete consent forms OR KSHSAA.
