Sports Physical Packet Clarification
Individuals interested in participating in spring sports must have the completed the physical packet on file to be eligible for practice Monday. Anyone who has already participated in a sport this year or who has turned in a completed 22-23 packet does not need to submit another one. ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY ALL REQUIRED INDIVIDUALS to be eligible.
