HALL OF FAME NOMINATION INFORMATION
Reminder that all 2023 Hall of Fame nominations are due by October 1st. Please use the following information to submit a name for consideration.
Complete the attached documents and email it to Athletic Director Nick Barnes at nbarnes@usd440.com with your nominations name, sport for being recognized, accolades while at Halstead High School. Nominations can also be submitted online by completing the form using the following link.

THE CRITERIA FOR A PERSON TO BE NOMINATED IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The nominee must, during and following his/her career, exemplified the pride and spirit that is Halstead/Bentley athletics.
2. If an athlete, he/she must be a Halstead High School or Bentley High School graduate and have been out of high school for eight (8) years.
3. If a coach, he/she must have coached at Halstead High School or Bentley High School for at least five (5) years and been out of coaching at Halstead High School for five (5) years.
4. If an at-large nominee, the person must have made significant contributions to the Halstead High School athletic program or the Bentley High School athletic program.
Nominations for the Halstead High School Athletic Hall of Fame will be accepted through October 1st, 2023.
The 2023 Induction Class will be announced in October.
