LIFE 101
Incorporating life skills into our curriculum is a vital component, and we strongly believe that it can also be a fun and exhilarating experience for our students. Over the past few years, we have been integrating life skills into our teaching approach, and both our students and the community members who volunteer with us seem to absolutely love it.
This activity offers a fun and unique approach to teaching kids valuable life skills. It's a refreshing way to add some excitement to the school day before we embark on our Thanksgiving break. We had Banking Credit Scores and Loans, Running Your Own Small Business, How to Tie a Tie, Trucking and CDL, Ag Life, Physical Therapy, Ins and Outs of Hiring Employees, Christmas Craft Center, Ai and Chat GPT, How to Survive College, Email Etiquette, Cursive Handwriting, So Long Mom and Dad-Renting homes, Fit and Healthy, Business Professionalism/Internships, Thank You Notes, Personal Communication, Navigate a College Website, Scholarships 101, Making the Perfect Deviled Egg, Electrical Basics, and last but not least The Science of Ice Cream.
