Halstead High School is an accredited high school with many curriculum offering activities that address a wide variety of student needs and interests.  The educational staff at HHS believes in providing a high quality of education and participation in HHS activities is important for each student.  Students attending HHS can expect to receive a well-rounded education along with personal instruction, guidance and a variety of activities and athletics.  Visitors to HHS will experience a comforting and courteous environment.  Students and staff alike take great pride in their school and in their many accomplishments.  The school is known for its exceptional fine arts productions such as music and drama plays.  Among noteworthy sporting events are the annual Adolph Rupp Basketball Tournament, the Halstead Wrestling Invitational and the Conrad Nightingale Track Meet.
